Gunlockers
Some Gangs/Mafias have a Gunlocker in the HQ int
only Mafia members can use the Locker and you can find most
of the lockers in the Int Changing room but the Russian mafia one
its near the bar.

Car Engine
All cars have a engine you need to /start and /stop when the
engine its stoped to get out you need to /exitcar
when the car is 50% broke the car will stop and eject you
for then Veh and you will get a message saying to call a mechanic.

Ping Kicker
The ping kicker i will eny player that have a ping higher than 2000

Licenses
you can drive a car When no license but the cops will have the
rights to ticket/arrest you. If you want to get a license you can
do to the dmv/cityhall and type /DMV.
